Do you love chocolate as much as I do? If so, Chewy Brownie Cookies are your new best friend. They’re definitely just the thing if you’re craving chocolate.
This recipe was given to me by a friend in college. She made these to share with neighbors as a fun surprise. I fell in love with the cookies instantly, and she was kind enough to share the recipe as well.
Chewy Brownie Cookies have since become a family favorite. They always turn out soft and chewy. They’re perfect for sharing at a gathering or just a quiet night at home.
We tend to make our cookies on the smaller size, around 2 to 3 bites. If you like your cookies larger, go ahead and use a bigger cookie scoop and bake the cookies for a bit longer.
