GARLIC RICE – This flavorful rice is quick and simple to make and is sure to dress up your favorite main dish.
I added this recipe to my collection years ago. I needed something simple and easy to go along with some of my chicken dishes, the ones that take a little more time and attention.
Garlic Rice was an immediate hit! Even my son, who tends to be a little more picky, loved it. And my family continues to get excited every time I make it.
Garlic Rice is also a great dish to make if you’re attending a potluck or shared meal. It pairs well with many different main dishes.
If you don’t happen to eat it all in one sitting you can store it in the fridge. To warm it up place it in a microwave safe dish, add a little water, cover it with a damp paper towel and heat in the microwave until warmed through.
Here’s what you need to make Garlic Rice…
