OVEN BAKED S’MORES DIP – Melty, smooth chocolate covered in perfectly toasted marshmallows and dished up with graham crackers. All the yumminess of s’mores with minimal mess.
Oven Baked S’mores Dip is probably my most favorite dip ever. I believe that chocolate and graham crackers are one of the best flavor duos ever. Add in melty, toasted marshmallow and the combination is absolute perfection.
What I love even more is that the dip is super quick to make and so much easier to eat than traditional s’mores. No chocolate smears on your face or sticky marshmallow all over your fingers. And Oven Baked S’mores Dip can be enjoyed pretty much anytime!
Don’t stress if you don’t have the right size of cast iron skillet. The recipe can easily be adjusted to fit any size. And you’ll definitely want to use a bigger sized cast iron if you’re serving a big crown. And if you don’t have a cast iron skillet, you can use any pan that is oven safe. The cast iron just helps to keep the chocolate melty for longer. But that may not matter if your guests finish it off as quickly as mine do,
It’s also fine to adjust the chocolate to marshmallow ratio according to your taste. Some people like more marshmallow, some like more chocolate. Use whatever chocolate chips you like best. You can even use mini marshmallows if that’s what you have on hand.
Here’s what you need to make Oven Baked S’mores Dip…
