SLOW COOKER BBQ PULLED PORK – This crowd pleasing main dish begins with just 5 minutes of preparation.
Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork is one of those meals that’s super simple to prepare and can happily feed a crowd. For larger crowds you could even multiply it by 1 1/2 or 2.
Slow cookers, or crock pots, really are wonderful. They generally require very little preparation and do the cooking while you’re busy with your day. Generally the only downside is when it comes to cleaning them. That can be quite a chore.
But those days are over for me, because now I use liners. Once I’m done, I just pull the liner out and all that’s required is a quick rinse. You can find slow cooker liners near the aluminum foil in the grocery store.
Store leftover Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork in the fridge for 4-5 days. If you don’t think you’ll go through your leftovers quickly, you could also freeze them.
