EASY OVEN BAKED APRICOT CHICKEN - Just four ingredients make up this flavorful dish. No one needs to know how easy it is to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup French dressing
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 8 large chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the apricot preserves, French dressing, and dry onion soup mix. Mix to combine.
- Place the chicken thighs in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour the apricot mixture over the top, covering the chicken evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
