ADDICTING CUCUMBER DIP – This irresistible dip is made with cream cheese and fresh cucumbers. It’s perfect for dipping your favorite veggies and salty chips.

Don’t be fooled by the short list of ingredients and simple instructions! Addicting Cucumber Dip is one of those snacks that you keep coming back for. And since it’s so easy to make, and can be made ahead of time, it’s perfect for adding to a larger spread.
I especially love this dip with salty potato chips. It’s also delightful with crackers, cherry tomatoes, carrots (chip cut is best), and sliced cucumbers. Let me know what your favorite dippers are!

Let’s get started
Get out a medium-sized bowl and add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk that all together until it’s smooth. You could use a stand mixer to do this, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
Next, add in the diced cucumber and stir to combine. Add in salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine (see Tips & Tricks for determining amount to add). Chill the dip for at least an hour. This dip can be made several hours ahead of time or even the day before.
Serve with your favorite salty chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Tips & Tricks
Grated onion: This recipe calls for grated onion, which gives the dip a tiny bit of texture with a slight onion flavor. I would not recommend subbing it out with onion powder, which would give the dip a much more potent onion taste.
Adding salt and pepper: If you’re strictly serving this dip with fresh veggies, I recommend adding salt and pepper to taste. If you’re serving it with salty chips or crackers, you will not need to add very much salt or pepper.

Addicting Cucumber Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber, peeled and seeded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Add in the diced cucumber. Stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least an hour.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
When adding salt and pepper to taste, keep in mind what you're planning to use as dippers. Salty chips and crackers will require less salt added to the dip.
