How to serve Strawberry Vinaigrette
Over a salad: The obvious choice, right? This dressing would be delightful over a mixed green salad, kale salad, caprese salad, and my Strawberry Spinach Salad. You could also drizzle it over mixed berries.
As a Marinade: Try using Strawberry Vinaigrette as a marinade for chicken, pork, or fish.

Tips and Tricks
Sweetness: How sweet the dressing is depends on how sweet and fresh the strawberries are. If you want to be able to taste the strawberries in the dressing, you’ll want to make sure the strawberries are ripe and sweet.
Substitutions: Don’t have red wine vinegar? Not a problem. You can use apple cider or white wine vinegar. Feel free to adjust the salt and pepper to taste as well.
Storing: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
