FOUR MEAT CAVATINI – A hearty pasta dish combining ground beef, chicken, ham, pepperoni and veggies in a cheesy tomato sauce. It’s perfect for a weekday meal.
If you’re thinking this is just like all those boring casserole dishes you had growing up, you’re wrong. The combination of flavors in this casserole keeps my family combing back for seconds every time.
Four Meat Cavatini is one of my husbands absolute favorite dishes, and he frequently requests it. I also love to make this dish when we’re entertaining guests who I know have big appetites.
I generally have leftover ground beef and chicken in the fridge. Four Meat Cavatini is perfect for using those up, and it makes the preparation time even faster.
If you like your pasta dishes extra cheesy, go ahead and add more cheese to the top. Serve Four Meat Casserole with a side salad and some rolls to make it a complete meal.
