What to serve with Bacon-Wrapped Piggies in a Blanket
Dipping sauces: To keep things fun and customizable. Classic yellow mustard, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, and ketchup are always hits, while spicy mayo or chipotle aioli add a little kick.
Fresh, crunchy sides: To balance the richness. A crisp veggie tray with ranch, a simple chopped salad, or coleslaw adds color and freshness to the table.
Comfort-food favorites: Try serving baked beans, mac and cheese, or seasoned potato wedges. These sides turn the appetizer into a satisfying, game-day-style meal.
Garnishes and extras: Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions, serve with sliced pickles or pepperoncini, and add a small bowl of pretzels or chips for extra crunch.

Tips and Tricks
Space them out: Give the piggies a little space on the pan. Overcrowding leads to steaming instead of baking, and you want them crisp and golden all around.
Egg wash: For extra flavor, try brushing the tops lightly with melted butter or an egg wash before baking. It adds beautiful color and a bakery-style finish.
Serve warm: These are best served fresh and warm, but you can prep them ahead. Assemble, cover tightly, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours—then bake just before serving for stress-free entertaining.
Serving a crowd? Make a double batch. In my experience, they disappear fast, and everyone always goes back for “just one more.”
These bacon-wrapped piggies in a blanket are one of those recipes that never fail to bring people together—simple, cozy, and completely irresistible. If you give them a try, I’d love to hear how they turned out or what dipping sauces you served alongside them.
