BLACK BEAN MANGO SALSA – This beautiful and flavorful salsa combines black beans with fresh mango, avocado, cilantro and lime juice. It’s always a crowd pleaser.
Black Bean Mango Salsa is quick and simple to make, and it’s always a big hit with my family. It’s frequently requested as part of birthday dinners and special events.
One birthday in particular, my husband was kind enough to shovel a path out to the grill, through the snow, so that he could prepare steak fajitas to go along with the requested salsa.
I love to serve Black Bean Mango Salsa on top of grilled steak fajitas. You could also add it to a bed of lettuce and serve it as a salad. And of course, you can never go wrong with classic chips and salsa.
My family tends to gobble up this salsa pretty quickly. So if I’m planning to serve more than just my family, I will double the recipe.
