CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD – Moist and sweet, this banana bread is great as an addition to breakfast or an afternoon treat.
Banana bread is a favorite in my house and this recipe is our latest obsession. It gets gobbled up pretty quickly. Seriously, it’s a problem.
It’s fairly simple and quick to make. It’s a great way to use up extra bananas, or (if you’re like me) a great reason to buy extra bananas.
My favorite way to chunk up the bananas is to place the peeled bananas in a glass bowl and mash them using a pasty cutter, rotating the bowl and mixing the bananas occasionally to get an even mash. It gets the job done quickly.
As you know, I’m a huge fan of chocolate. I will almost always choose it over anything else. If you’re not as devoted to chocolate as I am you can always exclude the chocolate chips and add nuts instead.
Here’s what you need to make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread…
