COOKIE DOUGH TRUFFLES – These truffles are a fancy and decadent way to get your cookie dough fix.
Have I mentioned before that I love cookie dough? I also love truffles. I mean bite-sized fancy chocolate, what’s not to love?
Cookie Dough Truffles feel like a more refined way to get my cookie dough fix. I also appreciate that the dough is eggless and worry free.
These truffles are on the larger size, more like 2-bite sized. If you like your truffles smaller, simply use a smaller cookie scoop.
If you like Cookie Dough Truffles, you might also like my Peanut Butter Truffles or Oreo Truffles. You could even make smaller batches of each and serve them all together. If you do, make sure to top each with something unique so you can tell the different varieties apart from each other.
