CRANBERRY CINNAMON BARS – White chocolate, cinnamon and cranberry are the perfect flavor combination in these quick and easy layer bars.
These bar cookies are a quick and easy Fall treat. Or, if you’re me, an any time of the year treat.
The combination of cinnamon, cranberries, white chocolate, coconut, pecans, and graham cracker goodness is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Cinnamon chips can be a little tricky to get a hold of. I order mine online from Target.
And, yes, I do order several bags at a time so I always have plenty on hand for this specific recipe! I also love to throw them into chocolate chip cookies for a fun change.
Here’s what you need to make Cranberry Cinnamon Bars…
- Butter
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Shredded coconut
- Cinnamon chips
- White chocolate chips
- Chopped pecans
- Dried cranberries
Cranberry Cinnamon Bars
CRANBERRY CINNAMON BARS - White chocolate, cinnamon and cranberry are the perfect flavor combination in these quick and easy layer bars.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup real butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup cinnamon chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour the melted butter into 9x13 pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over melted butter. Gently press the crumbs into the butter with fingertips.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over graham cracker and butter mixture.
- Evenly layer the coconut, cinnamon chips, white chocolate chips, pecans and cranberries.
- Gently press down with fingertips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until slightly golden and bubbly. Cool completely before cutting into.
