CREAMY CHICKEN TAQUITOS – Baked taquitos stuffed with chicken, cheese and a creamy chili-lime filling. They’re sure to be a family favorite.
If I ask my kids for a dinner request, there’s a good chance they will ask for Creamy Chicken Taquitos. And who could blame them? They’re delicious!
We love them so much that I always double the recipe. I’ll make up two baking sheets, then bake one and save the other to bake the next night.
The only thing better than one night of taquitos is two nights of taquitos, right? I also like to mix up some sour cream with a little bit of the green salsa used in the recipe and serve it as a dipping sauce.
This is also a great dish to serve as an appetizer. Just cut them in half after baking to make them a little closer to bite-sized.
