EASY CREAMY GUACAMOLE – Mashed avocados combined with lime, garlic, onion, tomato and sour cream. It’s prefect as a dip or a topping.
Easy Creamy Guacamole is quick and simple, with beautifully balanced flavors. My favorite use is as a dip with chips, but it’s also great as a topping for pretty much any Mexican entree.
Guacamole is also really good on toast or eggs, or even as a spread for a sandwich or wrap. It would also be great served on a veggie tray.
If you don’t finish off Easy Creamy Guacamole in one sitting, you’ll want to store leftovers in the fridge. It should keep for 2-3 days.
To keep the dip from browning too much I like to cover the top with plastic wrap, having the wrap right up against the dip. Then I scrape off any browning from the top of the dip when I pull it out to serve again.

- Avocados
- Fresh lime juice
- Garlic
- Onion
- Sour cream
- Tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
Easy Creamy Guacamole
EASY CREAMY GUACAMOLE - Mashed avocados combined with lime, garlic, onion, tomato and sour cream. It's prefect as a dip or a topping.
Ingredients
- 2-3 medium avocados, seeded and flesh scooped out
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3-4 tablespoons tomato, finely diced (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, smash the avocados with a fork.
- Add the lime juice, galic, onion, sour cream and tomato. Stir to combine.
- Add the salt and pepper to taste, stir to combine.
- Chill for about 30 mintues before serving.
