I’ve had Greek Pasta Salad in my recipe collection for years and years, and it still get requested pretty frequently. I especially love it because it’s so quick and easy.
It also keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days. So you can make this side dish ahead of time if you want and then keep enjoying as leftovers.
Mini penne is my usual go-to for pasta salads. However, feel free to use whatever pasta you like. There’s no reason you have to use mini penne.
Greek Pasta Salad makes quite a bit. I recommend cutting the recipe in half for smaller crowds. Or just make the full recipe and you’ll have a ready-made side dish in the fridge for a few days, perfect for quick lunches and simple dinners.

- Grape or cherry tomatoes
- Red bell pepper
- Mini pepperoni
- Sliced olives
- Feta cheese
- Green onion
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Garlic powder
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Black pepper
- White sugar

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked mini penne pasta
- 5 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 ounces mini pepperoni
- 1 (6.5 ounce) can sliced olives
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- In medium sized bowl combine cooked pasta, grape tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, mini pepperoni, sliced olives and feta cheese.
- In a seperate small bowl whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, black pepper and sugar.
- Add the olive oil mixture to the pasta mixture, stir to combine.
- Chill for 30-60 minutes.
