GRILLED LEMON SALMON – Simple, light and delicious. This salmon is sure to please even your pickiest of eaters.
I love salmon! It’s one of my go-to favorites when I eat out. However, I don’t generally grill salmon at home.
First, because I’m not always able to coordinate picking up fresh salmon. Second, because I have a son who is not so much a fan of fish.
This recipe has solved both of those issues. I always buy the Good & Gather brand of Alaska Sockeye Salmon, skin on fillets. You can find them in the freezer section at Target.
Marinating the salmon in lemon and dill really freshens up the fish. You would never guess the salmon came out of the freezer.
As for my son, he loves this recipe and generally fights with his sisters over leftover fillets.
Here’s what you need to make Grilled Lemon Salmon…
- Salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- Lemons
