SOFT BATCH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES – Incredibly soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. Don’t be surprised if these cookies become a tradition in your home.
I’ve been searching for a super soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe for a long time. Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies just the thing! They’re quickly becoming an addiction in our home.
I always, always have ingredients to make cookies on hand, and it honestly doesn’t take much to convince me to make up a batch of chocolate chip cookies. There’s also a good chance that I’ll leave a decent amount of the dough uncooked so that we can also snack on that for a few days.
I like making these into large cookies, using a 3 tablespoon sized scoop. If you like your cookies on the smaller side, you can use a 1 or 1 1/2 tablespoon sized scoop. You will also want to adjust the bake time a bit.
If you only have dark brown sugar on hand you can make light brown sugar by mixing 1 cup white sugar with 1 cup dark brown sugar to make 2 cups of light brown sugar.
Here’s what you need to make Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies…
- Flour
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
- Light brown sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
