SPICY HONEY-GLAZED CHICKEN – Tender and juicy grilled chicken flavored with spices and honey. This simple dish is always a crowd pleaser.
Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken has been in my recipe collection for years, and is one of my family’s most frequently requested recipes. It’s also one of my go-to recipes to make when entertaining guests for dinner.
Not only is the chicken easy to prepare, but it’s always a crowd pleaser! I get rave reviews every time and usually a request to share the recipe.
I like to serve Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken with Coconut Rice. It’s pairs beautifully with the chicken and it’s even tastier when it soaks up some of the glaze from the chicken.
This recipe calls for chicken thighs, which is the best way to make the recipe. However if you’re in a pinch, chicken breasts will work just as well.
Here’s what you need to make Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken…
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Onion powder
- Coriander
- Chipotle chili powder
- Cumin
